FC 26 Best Way to Spend 6,000 FC Points (Full Guide)

Table of Contents

Got 6,000 FC Points ready for FC 26? Spend them smart. If you want value and progress, go Drafts. Here’s the plan, on how to get the most return for your coins. Remember you actually only get 2,000 when the game comes out, then 2,000 again in October and November respetively.

EA FC 26 Options to Spend FP points

  • Packs from the Store
Pure chance. You might hit, you probably won’t. Early game prices help a bit, but the expected value is poor for most players.

  • Online Drafts
Usually 300 FC Points per entry (check in game). 2,000 FP gives you about 6 Drafts. Every run pays guaranteed packs. Win matches and the rewards improve. If you can win even one or two games per run, Drafts beat packs for value.

  • Season Pass (if you did not pre-order) or save for evolutions

FC 26 is it worth spending FP points on Draft?

  • Week one cards are expensive, so Draft rewards are worth more.

  • Even if you go out early you may get some decent packs

  • You learn the meta while you earn. Test formations and top players you don’t own.

  • You are paying for gameplay and rewards, with a chance of getting much better pack return for your effort

FC 26 is it worth spending FP points on Packs

  • Week one cards are expensive, so that 82 that you pack will be worth the highest now

  • Perfect, if you don’t want to waste time and sell your pack immediately when the prices are high so you can build your team

  • Those that want to trade and want as much liquid coins as possible to invest

What should you do to get started in EA FC 26?

So now you know the two main methods, I’m going to go over which method is the best. It’s important to take into account your skill level; for example, people who are not so good at the game can play draft, but you will probably go out early, especially if you’re playing the game as soon as the game comes out. There will only be top tier players playing and they’re the ones who are going to progress to the finals, so if you are above the elite division in rivals then I would say definitely give it a go.

My best advice would be to definitely try one or two drafts, at least see how far you go. If you get past the second round then I would say continue with the drafts because you can technically get better rewards from the draft by going out in the second round. Although they are changing draft rewards, we’ll only know this when they confirm it when the game comes out, but this way you’ve got a better chance of getting packs.

Let’s say, for example, you played the draft but you lost in the first round twice. It can be very disappointing and you will feel frustrated, don’t worry. Then I would recommend spending your points on the packs and just getting as many of the cards as possible, listing them, especially those 82 rated players that are going to be pretty expensive. Start building your squad and head for rivals.

Don’t forget, some of the lower tier gold players, as I mentioned numerous times like the 82 rated cards, later on in the year those gold cards may be only worth 500 or 1,000 coins, but when the game comes out and everyone has a basic team, and those starter teams have real value, some of those cards can go up to 5,000, some even go to 10,000 coins depending on the market and how effective they are as starter cards. So, in theory, for the best return for your FP point value, you ideally want to spend the points as soon as possible on the first day and get as many packs as possible, open them all, and just sell the players.
